The restaurant ambiance was inviting, adorned with creative décor and historical paintings that captivated while I dined. The evening meal was a delightful surprise; the dishes showcased innovative flavors at reasonable prices that truly highlighted local ingredients. I felt transported by the tastes, perfectly complemented by the attentive service from the friendly staff. While breakfast on the second day did leave something to be desired - lacking a bit in variety - the cozy bar provided a lovely space to unwind with a drink after a day of biking around the area. Seehotel crafted a memorable gourmet getaway while emphasizing local flavors, making it a destination worth considering for fellow enthusiasts.
